Wedge wire screen welding machine V300/1000

Our wedge wire screen welding machine manufacture continuous slot “V” wire well screens by wrapping  “V” profile wire around on internal array of longitudinal rods secure with the best electronically control resistance welding system to obtain optimum fusing of the profile wrap & support rod while maintaining very accurate slot opening  tolerances in accordance with DIN 4935 and similar to IS 8110. 
 
The screens are manufactured in dimensional ranges from Ø300mm to Ø1000mm, & in length up to 4Mtr, single piece with slot opening ranging from 0.1mm to 40mm. Our screens are also custom built to your specifications & your exact requirement to suit to all aquifer condition and gravel pack materials.
